Sexual assault charges can be complicated, delicate and devastating for any of the parties involved.

Experienced faculty members will lead a practical discussion on a full range of topics including:

  • Initial interviews
  • Disclosure
  • Elections
  • The preliminary inquiry; and
  • Potential Motions

As usual the faculty will include Experienced Defence counsel & Judges from both the Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench.
