CHANGES TO SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Are you familiar with The Strengthened Enforcement of Family Support Payments and Miscellaneous Amendments Act and the Maintenance Enforcement Regulation? Did you know that the Maintenance Enforcement Program is getting a new computer system? Do you know how these things will affect the enforcement of your clients’ support orders?
