The Manitoba Queen’s Bench Rules are undergoing their first major overhaul since the 1980’s.  Join Chief Justice Glenn Joyal and Associate Chief Justice Shane Perlmutter for an overview of the new rules and the court’s new associated practices.  Michael Weinstein will round out the panel, providing a practitioner’s perspective on what the changes will mean in your day-to-day practice.
