Are you a family law practitioner wondering how to handle
gifted, inherited and pre-acquired assets in a property accounting?

Are you a solicitor who helps clients make gifts or plan their estates?

This program will look at the intricacies of gifts, inheritances and pre-acquired assets in the context of a Family Property Act accounting and reference process.  It will include a discussion of the legislation and the recent cases of Dillon and Tilbury, as well as an overview of how to best prepare your documents and present evidence to the Court.
