Slaying the Demons of Anxiety and Stress for Improved Health and Wealth

Stress is a fact of life, and for lawyers and law firm staff, stress and anxiety are an occupational hazard.  Yet we know that we  – and those we depend on in our practices – are more productive when we minimize that stress and anxiety.
This program will address the causes of stress and anxiety and their sometimes surprising symptoms.  You will learn strategies you can use day-to-day to manage anxiety for yourself and those you work with.  These strategies include easy to implement changes in your practice to minimize that stress and anxiety and maximize productivity and profit.

Registration Fee:

Lawyer - $100(plus GST)
Student - $50 (plus GST) ~ 50%  Discount
