Senator Murray Sinclair will open this year's program with a special pre-recorded address.  The program will also feature a social services fair with information on some of the support services available to families involved with the child protection system.

Topics include:

  • A Panel on Amicus Curiae

  • An Update on the New Child Protection Model

  • How to Prepare for and Conduct a Child Protection Trial

  • A Review of Recent Case Law

Eligibility For CPD Hours: This program may be reported for up to 6.25 hours of eligible CPD activity, including 2 hours of EPPM.
