Case law update on recent decisions dealing with discipline & accommodation, and attendance & medical information;

The safety aspects of undue hardship – how to approach workplace safety from an accommodation perspective;

Refresher and update on religious and cultural accommodation; • Issues surrounding accommodation on the basis of family and marital status; • Human rights from the employee and union perspective, including last chance agreements.
