- Annual Member Report
- The annual membership report is due April 1, 2012 and is now available online through the members portal on the Law Society of Manitoba website. It combines your annual report on your continuing professional development activities in 2011 and your Law Corporation renewal (for those that have them). This report must be filed by every Manitoba lawyer who practiced law in 2011. Completing and submitting this report is mandatory (though some sections of it are optional). Your personalized report is now available online and can be completed and submitted online. Once you have submitted your Report you will receive an email confirmation that it has been received. You will also be sent a PDF copy for your records.
- Member Update Form
- Use this form to submit changes (address, employment etc) to your membership information to the Law Society of Manitoba.
- Application to Resume Active Practice
- An application for Non-Practising, Inactive or Suspended members who wish to resume active practice. Please note this application should be submitted two to three weeks prior to any anticipated start date along with the non-refundable application fee and a certificate of standing from all governing bodies of the legal profession, inside and outside of Canada, of which you are or were ever a member, dated not more than 30 days before the date of your application.
