Application to Resume Active Practice

An application for Non-Practising, Inactive or Suspended members who wish to resume active practice. Please note this application should be submitted two to three weeks prior to any anticipated start date along with the non-refundable application fee and a certificate of standing from all governing bodies of the legal profession, inside and outside of Canada, of which you are or were ever a member, dated not more than 30 days before the date of your application.
