By resolution of a Panel of the Discipline Committee of The Law Society of Manitoba, JONATHAN LEE BLACK-BRANCH was found guilty of professional misconduct and conduct unbecoming a lawyer. He was ordered to be disbarred and his name struck from the Rolls of Barristers and Solicitors of the Society.
