The Child Sexual Exploitation and Human Trafficking Act came into force April 30, 2012

The Act creates protection orders regarding victims of human trafficking and child sexual exploitation and a tort of human trafficking that allows a victim of human trafficking to sue his/her trafficker. Click the links below for more information.
