Notice from LDRC: The Companies Office System Is Changing

Important notice from Legal Data Resources (Manitoba) Corporation to customers, regarding change to the Companies Office System.

Users who currently access the Manitoba Companies Office system through Manitoba Online will soon be required to switch to the new system operated by the Companies Office. Please note that LDRC will not have any involvement with the operation of this new system.

 

If you intend to continue conducting online searches within the Companies Office system after July 9, 2017, you will need to contact the Companies Office directly to open an account. You may contact Ms. Linda Kalinski, 204-945-8817, linda.kalinski@gov.mb.ca or Ms. Isabelle Aubin, 204-451-4887, isabelle.aubin@gov.mb.ca.

 

Searches conducted through Manitoba Online for June and between July 1, 2017 and July 9, 2017 will be invoiced as usual on July 15, 2017.

 

Please note that the decision to change the manner in which Companies Office information is accessed by clients of LDRC, and the decision with respect to the timing of the changeover, were both made by the Companies Office.

 

These changes do not affect other services offered by LDRC. We will continue to support, invoice, and receive payments for City of Winnipeg Electronic Tax Roll searches, City of Winnipeg Tax Certificate searches, and limited e-filing with the Court of Queen's Bench - Winnipeg Centre. We look forward to your cooperation and understanding during this period of transition.
